History

Oak Hill Country Day Camp was purchased in 1949 by Albert Blotner, who transformed the site into a beautiful summer facility. Originally called Camp Peter Pan, children have enjoyed its tranquil beauty for years. Reopened in 1991, renovations have restored its natural charm. Updated facilities include 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, and numerous ball fields and basketball courts.

Our Philosophy...personally speaking

Our primary objective at Oak Hill Country Day Camp is to provide campers with a positive growing experience. As adults, many of our fondest childhood memories are those of our days spent at summer camp. At Oak Hill, we offer a wide range of activities so as to include something for everyone. Sports, played without the constant pressure of winning, will give campers enjoyment as well as confidence to compete. The nature and ecology program teaches campers the importance in our society to care for our world. Theater and arts stimulate creative expression. Most importantly, the positive environment encourages youngsters to grow socially and learn the importance of teamwork and respect for one another. My staff and I are committed to providing an educational, enjoyable and rewarding summer for everyone.
